Report a breach — Kimoun

Report a breach of ethics, compliance or data protection at Kimoun. Reply within 48 business hours, anonymous reporting available.

Report a breach

This form receives reports concerning business ethics, compliance, data protection or the accessibility of Kimoun deliverables. It is open to clients, partners, subcontractors and any person concerned.

The applicable rules are set out in the ethics and compliance charter and in Article 8 of the general terms and conditions.

What happens next

  • A reply within 48 business hours if you leave an address. That reply acknowledges receipt and states the intended next steps. It does not prejudge how long the matter takes to investigate.
  • You may remain anonymous. No identifying field is required. A report without an address is handled in exactly the same way, but cannot receive a reply.
  • No retaliation. No adverse consequence will follow from a report, whether or not it proves founded.
  • No sales follow-up. A report creates no commercial contact: it triggers no follow-up sequence and no mailing list subscription.

One limitation, written down rather than hidden

Kimoun is a sole proprietorship. Your report goes directly to Olivier Watte, founder, who investigates it himself. The process is therefore fast, but it is not independent: the person investigating is the same person whose conduct may be called into question.

For that reason, the external remedies below are open at any time and without any prior step with Kimoun.

This is the only required field.

Provide it only if you would like a reply. Without an address, your report is handled in exactly the same way.

Your report goes directly to Olivier Watte, who replies within 48 business hours when an address is provided. No adverse consequence will follow from a report, whether or not it proves founded. Data submitted is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
